Lakshmi Narayana Hrdayam Audio

There are some stotrams given to us by the Great Maha Rishis that REALLY appeal to our hearts. Whenever the Lakshmi Narayana Hrdayam is heard, all awareness turns to IT, the feet stop moving and the heart overflows; hence, this wonderful hymn is presented here for the pleasure of all divine souls everywhere.
The formal proper method of recital and listening is Narayana Hrdayam first, followed by Lakshmi Hrdayam, followed by Narayana Hrdayam; the audio here completes the whole treatise in this order, so listening to this audio in its entirety completes the formal proper method of completion. The first Narayana Hrdayam stops at 10:00 minutes into audio, then Lakshmi Hrdayam stops at 38:10 minutes into audio, then second Narayana Hrdayam starts.

Miraculous events happened as the recording of this shloka was taking place, which is preferred NOT to be elaborated. Suffice to say that this is ONE POWERFUL hymn. Couple of different meters are used in this shlokam whose Rishi is Bhargava Rishi.
This is a long hymn. 44 MB

And now the audio: 47 minutes 55 seconds long.

NOTE: BECAUSE THIS IS A VERY LARGE FILE ABOUT 44 MEGABYTES, YOU WILL HAVE TO DOWNLOAD AND THEN LISTEN. On mobile devices and some computers, you may get the message -- This file is too large for Google to scan, download anyway? -- You will have to answer "YES" and then listen after download. On some computers, when you hit the play button, if nothing seems to happen, click the Download arrow at the top, click download anyway and then listen. Sorry for the inconvenience -- but this is a big file and praise to Lord Narayana and Goddess Mahalakshmi -- Their Grace is magnificent !

Mahalakshmi Ashtakam Audio

The Sri Mahalakshmi Ashtakam is a very short stotram comprising of only eight main verses and three additional verses that provide the benefits of reciting this wonderful hymn in praise of Sri Mahalakshmi, the Goddess of wealth. As RajaRishi Dr. G.Krishnakumar of ParaShakthi temple in Michigan says, wealth includes not only monetary gains, but also physical health as well as spiritual capital. This is a hymn that even small children can recite and can memorize easily.

Links to the lyrics in English and Sanskrit are given following the audio. The Sanskrit lyrics link also provides the line by line meaning in English.
This is a short file: only 2.19MB
And now the audio: 2 minutes 23 seconds long

Sri Stuthi Audio

Mahalakshmi Devi is the Goddess of wealth and prosperity and singing hymns in praise of Her with devotion is sure to bless the worshipper with all sorts of wealth, including material wealth, spiritual wealth and good health. Legend has it that a poor brahmachari approached Swami Vedantadesikan Aachaarya and asked that he be blessed with money so he could get married. Swami Vedanta Desikan took him inside the temple garbha graham and composed a hymn to Perundevi Thaayaar ( Mahalakshmi Devi ) and the man became wealthy and got married.
I came to know of Sri Stuthi when listening to a presentation about how Sri Kanchi Mahaperiyava had talked highly about the Sri Stuthi composed by Sri Vedanta Desika Aachaaryaa. The hymn that Sri Vedanta Desika Aachaaryaa composed is Sri Stuthi, not to be confused with Sri Suktham. This is really a fantastic set of Shlokas, the main body of which is in the phenomenal Mandakranda Sanskrit metre.

I have recited it here for aspirants to follow if they choose this technique of a reasonable pause between lines; this method will potentially instill a sense of sanctity in the reciter and hopefully please Goddess Mahalakshmi!
And now the audio: about 12 minutes 34 seconds long.
