The above picture is of Sri Krishna dancing with the Gopikas! At the request of Shree Sameer Kothari, a visitor to this
blog, here is the audio of Gopala Sahasranama Stotram from Narada Pancharatram.
This is a rare Sahasranama Stotram, whose Rishi is Narada Maharishi. The
discussion (samvaadha) takes place between Shiva and Parvathi. The dancing of
the words is sure to fill the reciter or listener with peace of mind and bliss.
One can meditate upon Sri Krishna, who has had so many
activities – destroying demons such as Kamsa, Poothana, etc, protecting the
cowherds by lifting Govardhana Mountain, giving Geetopadesham to Arjuna while
also playing with children, creating pranks with Yashoda Maa, dancing with the
lovely but heavily devoted Gopikas and so on.
Sri Krishna is sure to solve the miseries of the devotee
that surrenders to Him. Sharannaagathi, which means complete surrender to the
Bhagawan’s feet can be exemplified by Draupadi surrendering to Sri Krishna and
how He protected Her. Praise to Sri Krishna can be accomplished by reciting the
Gopala Sahasranama Stotram or even listening to it with love. This is a long
hymn about 32 MB.
And now the audio: 34 minutes 35 seconds long.

NOTE: BECAUSE THIS IS A VERY LARGE FILE ABOUT 32 MEGABYTES, YOU WILL HAVE TO DOWNLOAD AND THEN LISTEN. On mobile devices and some computers, you may get the message -- This file is too large for Google to scan, download anyway? -- You will have to answer "YES" and then listen after download. On some computers, when you hit the play button, if nothing seems to happen, click the Download arrow at the top, click download anyway and then listen. Sorry for the inconvenience -- but this is a big file and praise to Sri Krishna -- His Grace is magnificent !
There are two errors in the audio:Verse 17: Audio should be “Paadhaka” not “Paaraka”
Verse 75: Audio should be “Yashaa” not “Yasho”
Printing errors in the lyrics have been corrected and the
audio is correct.

Namaste Shree Kothari Ji:
DeleteIndeed Sri Renuka Devi is quite a powerful Goddess. The bliss gets magnified manifold when using Renuka Sahasranamam in a homam.
eagerly waiting for any upload that you make. whenever you make.
ReplyDeleteThank you for your kind comments Shree Kothari Ji. It is said that Lord Vishnu resides in the hearts of His devotees; it is certain that He resides in your heart. Reciting and listening to shlokas and contemplating on the Divine Powers gives a human being peace of mind -- this is for sure.
