Goddess Hakini Devi is the Presiding Shakthi of the Ajna
Chakra representing the third eye centre. The Sahasranama Stotram that is being
shared here is the thousand name hymn for Hakini Devi. The Ajna Chakra is the mind’s
eye; many Hindus practice application of Kumkum, Sandal paste or Vibhuthi to
the point between the eyebrows representing Ajna Chakra – in effect they are
revering Goddess Hakini Devi. The Ajna chakra is the physical pineal gland area
and opening of the third eye is considered a significant achievement in
spirituality connected with Hinduism and is associated with several siddhis. This
is a beautiful hymn and hope the listener can eventually be able to recite by
themselves and enjoy the bliss offered. This is a long hymn.
And now the audio: 41 minutes and 25 seconds long.

NOTE: BECAUSE THIS IS A VERY LARGE FILE ABOUT 38 MEGABYTES, YOU WILL HAVE TO DOWNLOAD AND THEN LISTEN. On mobile devices and some computers, you may get the message -- This file is too large for Google to scan, download anyway? -- You will have to answer "YES" and then listen after download. On some computers, when you hit the play button, if nothing seems to happen, click the Download arrow at the top, click download anyway and then listen. Sorry for the inconvenience -- but this is a big file and praise to Sri Hakini Devi -- Her Grace is magnificent !
