Sri Shakini Sahasranamam Audio

Goddess Shakini Devi is the Presiding Shakthi of the Vishuddhi Chakra representing the throat centre. The Sahasranama Stotram that is being shared here is the thousand name hymn for Shakini Devi that also goes by the name of Shakini SadaShiva Stavana Mangala Ashtottara Sahasranama Stotram. The Vishudhdhi Chakra is the connection to the astral and spiritual world; many Hindus after application of Kumkum or Vibhuthi to the forehead will also apply to the throat – in effect they are revering Goddess Shakini Devi. The audio quality of this recording is not the greatest – one can hear some static scratches in the recording, especially in the first four minutes and at the 27-28 minute mark. The hymn set from 4 minutes 50 seconds to 7:20 minutes that comprises two words in sets ( or generally four syllables together ) fills one with a deep sense of devotion. This is a beautiful hymn and hope the listener can eventually be able to recite by themselves and enjoy the bliss offered. This is a long hymn.
And now the audio: 29 minutes and 29 seconds long.

NOTE: BECAUSE THIS IS A VERY LARGE FILE ABOUT 27 MEGABYTES, YOU WILL HAVE TO DOWNLOAD AND THEN LISTEN. On mobile devices and some computers, you may get the message -- This file is too large for Google to scan, download anyway? -- You will have to answer "YES" and then listen after download. On some computers, when you hit the play button, if nothing seems to happen, click the Download arrow at the top, click download anyway and then listen. Sorry for the inconvenience -- but this is a big file and praise to Sri Shakini Devi -- Her Grace is magnificent !
