Moola mantram for Kamalatmika Devi is "Om Shreem Hreem Shreem Kamale Kamalaalaye Praseedha Praseedha Shreem Hreem Shreem Om Mahalakshmyai Namaha". One needs to add "Svaha" at the end of the moola mantram for Homam purposes. Following is a very short video clip denoting this performed by me and my son on our back deck in mid 2015.:
